Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) Orange Co., NC 4 Apr 2007 This population has been growing at a research facility in the Duke Forest for several years, under some evaporative equipment used to warm up very cold liquid carbon dioxide resulting in a cool, moist microclimate favoring the growth of Coltsfoot. |
