Bog Copper (Tharsalea epixanthe)

Found from the Great Lakes to the northeastern coast of North America from New Jersey north well into Canada, Bog Coppers are found almost exclusively in cranberry bog habitats. Conservation of these habitats is essential. Formerly treated as Lycaena epixanthe.
