Bell's Vireo (Vireo bellii)Carolina Beach State Park, New Hanover Co., NC21 Nov 2006James Parnell found this bird the day after a strong weather front came through the state. He snapped these pictures, and then the bird hopped back into the vegetation and was never seen again.
