Slender Baskettail, Stripe-winged Baskettail (Epitheca costalis)

Tricky to distinguish from some Common Baskettails with restricted wing markings, note the abdomen thins a bit at the waist and the cerci are quite long on Stripe-wingeds. Recently the Dragonfly Society of the Americas adopted the name Slender Baskettail to replace the former Stripe-winged Baskettail for this taxon.
