Ashy Clubtail (Gomphus lividus)

Difficult to distinguish from Lancet Clubtail (Gomphus exilis), Ashys tend to be larger, duller, and they lack complete dorsal yellow stripes on the last couple of long abdomenal segments (S8-9). In NC, Ashy Clubtails are fairly widespread springtime flyers.
