Eufala Skipper (Lerodea eufala)

Eufala Skippers in NC are composed of native breeding stock and probably also fall immigrants from the south. Believed to be two-brooded, Eufala Skippers can be found in summer and fall. They're pretty rare in the northern half of the state, basically absent from the mountains, and uncommon to fairly common in the southern half of the piedmont and coastal plain.
